Helpful, and very easy goin people! Pulled right in while it was 20 degrees outside and they changed both my batteries on a diesel truck in no time and you can't beat the prices they offer.

I hate it when companies charge extra for using a credit or debit card. They charge 3.5% for it.When I asked about the card the manager acted real defensive about it. He wouldn't even give me his name.Seems shady to me.He didn't even want me to take any pictures. I really don't think there is any laws against taking pictures in public. People are doing it all the time with social media today.

I purchased (2) marine batteries from effingham interstate dealer directly. When I purchased the batteries I was told that I would get five good years out of the batteries if cared for properly. It was recommended that I keep the batteries on a trickle charge during the months of non use which I did. After two years the batteries had to be replaced. I talked with the Interstate dealer and they told me that the batteries has a one year warranty. They must not have much faith in their batteries. As a result, I purchased new batteries from Lake Sara Marina. I was very disappointed in the service from Interstate Batteries.

My time to unload was at 3 pm and I arrived at 8 am (the same day) they unloaded and loaded the truck quickly. Very friendly people when serving. EXCELLENT...
