the complete team at JAS was very helpful in securing my knee brace after total knee replacement.From fitment to securing the insurance to delivery their team was helpful and professional.Their brace allows for both extension and flexation of the knee and has allowed my leg greater mobility when used with physical therapy.

Thanks Luke for the great service with receiving the bend machine for my knee. You were excellent in your measurements for this machine. It fit my knee and leg great. Your patience and explicit instructions, were instrumental on how to use this machine, was super. I was able to work with this machine, and am doing well as a result. Many thanks again!!

I have used two devices, one for my ankle and one for my knee.I have had great success in increasing my range of motion! I was having trouble making successful physical therapy, and with the addition of my devices, I have really had an increased quality of life!!

My rep, Erick, has been extremely communicative, and informative from the very beginning, both over the phone and in person. Erick has gone beyond helping me to understand proper use of my medical devices, but he's also helped to educate and navigate areas of process during this journey including cost to rent and understanding forms and communication from my doctor. Erick was able to drive to me to deliver and setup my devices (braces.) He even came back to replace an arm cuff with one that is more comfortable, and will continue to be there as needed. I can't be more grateful for the attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and care Erick has shown this far.

During a recent backpacking trip, I fell, dislocated my elbow, and incurred a complex fraction of my radius. It took me no less than 13 hours to hike out and travel to a hospital for orthopedic care. By that time, my arm had swollen to twice its normal size, and I was in a lot (!) of pain.After setting my elbow, I slowly started exercising in order to regain my full functionality, but after 8 weeks of intense physical therapy, I hit a brick wall and was struggling to make any further progress regarding stretching/bending my arm, and twisting my hand. My local physical therapist suggested Joint Active Systems' training devices, and connected me with Erick Flores, their local representative.Within only a few days, Erick consulted with the PT expert at the hospital, selected the JAS systems that would work best for me, took measurements of my arm, ordered the customized set-up internally, had it shipped, and visited me at home, in order to further fine-tune/"personalize" the equipment and train me on how to best use it. He has since reached out several times to further maximize the use of the systems, has made additional tweeks (he exchanged the hand piece on one of the devices, and modeled it to my hand size), and continues to grab every opportunity to help me get the most out of the JAS equipment. If I reach out to him with questions, he responds very fast (typically within an hour -> also in the evenings and even weekends!). This man is not just doing his job really well... he's on a mission!Since starting exercising with the JAS "braces", and under Erick's professional guidance, I have been able to pick up the pace, and accelerate my recovery, as is confirmed during the measurements my physical therapist performs while monitoring progress.I'm not receiving a penny for leaving this review. I'm just happy with the opportunity to express my gratitude to Erick and the team at JAS. You guys rock!

My daughter was in an ATV accident the summer after high school graduation and before leaving for college. She was doing traditional PT, which was great, but when going away with a new school, new schedule and new everything...trying to work in PT was going to be a challenge. She was fitted for a JAS arm brace and because it was so easy to use, it helped her to transition to college AND still work on her arm health and strength. She finally was able to connect with a PT team in her new area, but because of the JAS system, she didn't lose any time in her recovery and actually, she was able to decrease her PT time because of her use of the device. The delivery and return process was a breeze and I am happy to report that my daughter is doing well! Thanks JAS!

After the first time using this device my flexion in my knee joint moved and before that I was stuck at 75 degrees. After the repeated use according to directions I was at 105 degrees in 4 weeks, The JAS worked great and shortened my physical therapy time.

My rep Sarah called me to schedule a fitting and instructions for my wrist brace and was able to actually make a home delivery! Super convenient and I really appreciated her effort to make it work with both of our schedules. She spent a great amount of time with me explaining the use of the device and then had me put it on for the correct fittings, and go through both flexion and extension options with me. I appreciated her tip of how to know when I was taking the exercise too far -- "it should be noticeable but not to the point of tolerable" -- and I've been able to use that guideline very effectively so that I don't stress my wrist out too much. All around great product, excellent rep instructions, and I'm pleased with the progress that I'm seeing on my wrist flexibility after one month of use!

I have been dealing with this company for over 10 months. I continue to receive billing errors. I call the company to attempt to resolve them. They are unable to do so on the phone and promise to call back...which they never do. I have to submit a 2nd request online to get my situation (usually an error) resolved. This has happened to me 4-5 times. It has been 2 weeks since my last call to them. I would encourage you to seek another company to deal with unless you are willing to waste your time with poor customer service.

Thank you very much for the amazing device! Thanks to JAS, I was able to fully recover and restore my ROM after a complex elbow fracture. I am so grateful, from the bottom of my heart, for everything that you have given me through your device. I want to say an eternal thank you for the awesome device. Without this device I would be disabled in my left arm, you truly changed my life!

Unfortunately the static knee brace I rented from JAS did not help at all. I was told the device would help improve my flexion and my extension. When I used the device, I would crank the device all the way for extension and it did nothing. My extension is still lacking the same degrees even though I would set the device to the highest extension possible. As for the flexion, I was unable to obtain anymore flexion with the device, all progress I made had to be done hands on, the device was unable to do anything. Would NOT recommend, save your money because these devices are expensive. Wish I could get the money back I wasted on the rental.

My wife suffered a very bad radial distal fracture of her elbow. The JAS device was instrumental in her regaining her range of motion. That being said, we are extremely upset that we now have to put the device in the garbage! Apparently, JAS will not recycle or reuse the device, we can’t even donate it to someone who may not be able to afford one!

I had a TKR and PT didn’t improve my ROM very much 3 months after surgery. I found JAS and was able to get my surgeon to prescribe the Knee Device .I wondered after having dismal results with all the PT would I ever get my life back again and be able to walk any distances at all? My extension had stuck at 15 degrees and flexion at 89. Degrees, both totally unacceptable for pretty much anything.JAS knee device has done wonders in getting my ROM back to acceptable levels. Extension is now about 5 degrees and flexion is about 110 plus. I’m confident that I’ll get my extension & flexion even better over the next few months.Besides the fantastic orthopedic devices JAS has developed, all of the people I have dealt with have been absolutely a pleasure to work with. From initial contact, to insurance department, area field representative to technical staff. Everyone has been very helpful and showed concern about myself and my situation.I do not hesitate at all to give JAS my total 100% recommendation. Great product & great folks!!!
