Always greeted pleasantly when you enter the store. The store is always clean & tidy. Associates are friendly & helpful. I’ve been to this Kohl’s twice in the last week & both days my checkout associate was Peggy. She was very pleasant & friendly. That is worth a lot to me.

The layout of this store is easy to maneuver. I appreciated all of the sales going on (I scored on Nike and Adidas brands). The staff were really nice and pleasant to talk to at the registers, too.

The Effingham, IL Kohl's Store isn’t huge but after living here a little over a year I’ve either found what I wanted at this store or online and had it shipped to the Effingham, IL Kohl’s Store; couldn’t be easier!

Went in today with an Amazon return because I couldn't find the ups drop off and the girl who worked there was super helpful and walked me through the whole process because it was a little different than the usual UPS drop but she was very patient and took the time to show me how to do it.
Best customer service I have ever gotten at any of the department stores

I only went there to do an Amazon return. Was there at about 4:30 p.m. on a weekday. I only had to wait about 20 seconds. I did notice that they have a wonderful makeup section, very extensive with service people to assist you--that was impressive.

This cool store is a lot better than the one and where we live in Decatur it has a lot of inventory and their selections were very well stocked.... Highly recommend this place the staff was very helpful
