I recommend KTD computer's for help with questions. I am nearly 80, bought new HP Windows 11, and was having difficulty transitioning from Windows 7 (big difference).Alex helped me tremendously, and spoke in my terms- so kind and patient. I totally recommend, not to hesitate, if you are having any problem with your computer,go to KTD computers!!!

Didn't fix problem they had to wipe everything out and start all over so I lost all that was on computer.

staff is rude, people are inexperienced and items and service overpriced!! tries to push dell products at a markup from dell I would recommended highly another service, tried to scam me into things I didn't need.

I thought I would shop local to buy my laptop purchased it 2-28. Saturday I had to take it in because it would not boot up. Picked up today they tried to charge me $30.00 for a diagnostic test. I refused to pay that a computer should last longer the 5 months! I have never had a problem a Best Buy! Shop local they say! Not this girl.
