Everyone there is nice and good service. However the pricing is so over priced. CPAP machine can cost you thousands of dollars and they put you on a monthly replacement. If you keep your attachments clean there is no need to replace that often. You can go to cpap.com and get CPAP machine for a fraction of the cost and buy supplies as you need them. I tried bringing that up to customer service about pricing and they did not want to deal with me.

I'll try to make this short. I love everyone at my local Lincare office. The office folks are pleasant and very helpful. The visiting nurses are the best, again very pleasant and very helpful.
Customer service/billing is TERRIBLE!! Half the time you can't reach the dept. you need and the other half has no idea what their doing or don't seem to care!
I've been going around and around with them over a bill from 2023. Recently we have figured out that alot of the problem is with Medicaid (they won't call back either) But twice Lincare has told me they'd send me a financial aid application. That's been since February!
I'm still waiting!

Everyone I delt with were friendly and helpful. Took care of what I needed. Not happy with all the calls for supplies and I doubt if your office has anything to do with that.
