My experience with Magoo associates was excellent! The technician called me the day I requested assistance with a new printer. He can out the following day and provided professional and competent service! My issue was resolved on under an hour by John. I highly recommend Magoo & Associates for all of your computer and technology needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I had issues with my laptop over the weekend and as a photographer I rely heavily upon my device for image editing. The team at Magoo & Associates gave me a quote that was timely and affordable. As a small business owner with minimal tech knowledge and wireless connection and networking needs I was initially intimated by the process of contacting a technology communication provider. John and Kristin did an outstanding job of keeping me informed in terms I understand and scheduling appointments quickly. The initial consultation set clear expectations and the install/set up process went smoothly. At install John took time to explain each step, work neatly and around office staff, he provided a detailed trouble shooting plan just in case, and answered all questions. I appreciate being treated as a valued customer although I'm sure my company is not near as large as some of Magoo's other customers. I'm happy to know I now have a reliable source to assist with my tech needs that I can confidentially recommend to others.
