“I'll try to make this short. I love everyone at my local Lincare office. The office folks are pleasant and very helpful. The visiting nurses are the best, again very pleasant and very helpful.
Customer service/billing is TERRIBLE!! Half the time you can't reach the dept. you need and the other half has no idea what their doing or don't seem to care!
I've been going around and around with them over a bill from 2023. Recently we have figured out that alot of the problem is with Medicaid (they won't call back either) But twice Lincare has told me they'd send me a financial aid application. That's been since February!
I'm still waiting!”

“Update January 2026: Company reached out regarding the concerns noted below and apologized for not notifying about insurance not covering the device. They offered to refund what I had paid so far and dismiss the charges on my account. The owner went as far as offering to provide a device at no cost to help my daughter try to get full extension. In addition stated they would be training employees to prevent this situation from happening again. Apears they do truly care and want to see a full recovery for patients. Can say they went over and beyond to correct what happened. Im only leaving a 4 star, due to the back and forth and countless phone calls it took to get to this point. Im hopeful they will be transparent in the future so families don't go through this same situation.

Previous review: Agree with previous reviews on disorganized. My daughter was in an elbow extension for several months after breaking and dislocating. In the process our insurance switched and no longer covered the brace unbeknownst to me. JAS waited 4+ months to send an invoice and informing me the insurance is not covering the device. Once the invoice was sent, game on in sending as many invoices, phone calls as they can manage. . . Because hey guess what you now owe us money. Not one phone call out of the several months my daughter was in the brace to touch base. Mind you, my daughters elbow is still not straight but hey let's hit you with $365 a month rental and let that climb without telling the client. To top it off, signed up for monthly payments after realizing the significant amount I owe and due to their unorganized business proceed to threaten me with signed agreements and collections. Would never recommend this business!”
