Menards in Effingham offers a clean store with friendly people and a somewhat different selection than other Menards stores. People appreciate the always stocked gutter supplies and the excellent customer service. The store usually has what people are looking for, with competitive and fair prices. Quality is questionable on a lot of products, especially electronics, but the giant help from people confirms that product works in the use case and gets people out the door and back to the project in no time. The appliance department walks people through purchase and the person that delivered my refrigerator spent extra time removing doors to fit it through my door. Thank you for always making a breeze when coming in and out.
I bought a power recliner and only complaint I have is I hear when raising and lowering the recliner and I didn't notice it on the display when I tried it out.
