This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. This bank lost my money, they have no idea where it went or where it's at, its been 3 weeks since they lost it, they now say I have to wait another month to see if it "appears" and "hopefully" they can find where it went by then, I have a feeling a month from now, it will be May 15th and I'll go in there to receive my money that they lost and I'll be told another story of why it's still lost and everyone will still be clueless and tell me they don't know what to tell me, there's nothing they can do about it. Absolutely ridiculous!! they do not care about their customers, they aren't understanding and SO RUDE. I've been told a different story from 4 different employees about what is going on and each one is totally different!! The manager Ashley has no idea how to handle the situation or how to even take care of the problem and fix it. She simply says "she doesn't know" and doesnt care.

Do not bank here! Horrible customer service and extremely rude. Ashley the manager is not properly trained for her job is rude and lies to the banks customers just to get them out the door. Worst banking experience ever.
