I have been taking my 2023 F150 here for service for a couple years now. The staff is usually very nice and friendly. I have had issues with them charging me for tire rotations they didn’t preform. I know this because I marked the tires before they serviced it. The first time I let it go because I was in a hurry. The second time I had to call them out on it and they fixed it. I have had a few issues with mysteries scratches that I notice immediately after they service it. The first was a scratch on the wheel after a service. I am very OCD about my truck and bought it brand new out of state, so I can tell you exactly where every scratch or chip is on it. After I noticed it I thought well I can’t prove anything so I just let it go. The last time was a scratch on the dashboard so I took it back and pointed it out to the tech. He was very nice and went and got a manager who glanced at it and basically told me they didn’t do it and I was confused and “balling things up in my head” and making accusations. He was very condescending and rude with a horrible attitude. I told him I was not making accusations I was asking if he’s seen anything like that before and could tell how it got there and he cut me off and gave me the old “ son I’ve been doing this for 25 years” at which point I terminated the conversation.
The only person in that truck since I had it worked on there is me, so if I didn’t do it that must mean it happened at North side. It’s not the biggest deal in the world, I know my vehicle is going to get dinged up, but they sure could have handled it better. Very disappointing.

I highly recommend Mary Burrell at the used car section of this dealership. She was a joy to work with. Zero pressure, she listened to me thoroughly and didn’t try to sugar coat me into a car I didn’t want. She had excellent communication skills and went above and beyond. This has been the best car sales experience I’ve ever had. I brought a trade in and purchased a car and I got everything I wanted and then some.

Not extremely happy with my experience I purchased a used truck from north side ford and noticed some things wrong with it so I negotiated the price with the stipulation that I wanted the stuff fixed on the truck I have the salesman a list however he informed me that ford wouldn’t let them fix the issues until the truck was in someone’s name so I purchased the truck then had to take it back to get the parts ordered then again to get the things fixed however they didn’t fix everything and claimed they forgot about the stuff even though they had a list one of the things was the back dvd players didn’t work they called me and said that they couldn’t fix them cause they couldn’t get parts for them anymore they would have to put new ones in and it would cost me 1000 dollars when they said that they would fix them which is bullcrap they should be fixed or new put in for free but I didn’t push the issue like I probably should have I took the truck back and noticed two of the things on my list besides the dvd players that didn’t get fixed and I have called three times trying to get them to fix it and keep getting the run around from the salesman saying let me check in that and I’ll call you back but I never get a call back Brad is a good salesman however don’t make a deal then collect your commission and ignore the problems and not get them fixed if they ever fix the issues including the dvd players I will more than gladly take this post down and leave a good review but I don’t see that happening

Honestly these guys are really good at taking your money and not fixing anything. They rebuilt my rear end twice in 3 years and 6 months. The second time they did it I got it back and it was howling like a beagle anytime I decelerated. Took it back and they said it was all in spec and I needed to spend more money. Felt like these guys had no idea what they were doing so I took it to another Ford dealer to fix their mistakes. The last picture states that nothing was in spec and they were using the wrong shims. Wasted a lot of money going through Northside.

We have bought our last couple vehicles from Northside. Our current vehicle is a used Lincoln Corsair, we regularly take our vehicle in for oil changes and maintenance. Not long after purchasing our vehicle, it began to have some electrical issues, then a few months ago the back tailgate stopped working. We scheduled to get the vehicle in to get it fixed. When I picked it up there was a note that the tailgate was working correctly. Unfortunately, I don’t even think they bothered to look because it still isn’t functioning. Today I took the vehicle in once again and asked if they could look at the tailgate when they changed the oil. I was told they probably would not have time. Once again I left with zero help and a car that isn’t functioning properly. There was no offer to reschedule something to repair the vehicle. This is pretty disappointing considering we are returning customers over several years. I know customer service everywhere has gone down the drain but I had hoped a local dealership would be more accommodating. They have officially lost our business.

I never thought I'd write a bad review about Northside as they have been our go-to dealership for years. Along with my parents, my in-laws, children and even son-in-law who lives in Chicago. Their priority has become money rather than loyalty. It's sad to put your trust into a company who turns out to be greedy and unprofessional. Wish I had something positive to say after so many years.
Update - I will be selling my latest vehicle I purchased from there due to their lack of decency. I know this will not cause any detriment to them but I can't continue to drive something from a slimy dealership. I'll be doing my best to suggest the same to my husband, my father who has two vehicles from them and my son-in-law.

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place. We bought a car there last year and now have almost $3,000 worth of repairs that need done. We had brought an issue up with them prior to buying the vehicle, which they claim to have repaired. Fast forward, we've driven this car less than 10,000 miles and now there are multiple repairs that need done. We asked for a new set of keys as the ones that came with the vehicle were wrapped with electrical tape, and were told by Kenny that he really couldn't do anything else for us with this vehicle or else he wouldn't make any money off of it. We brought the vehicle there to see if they would be willing to fix it and they're attempting to charge us more than the other mechanic shop or give us a ridiculously minimal amount on trade in. Customer service is terrible and they take zero accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle and refusing to actually do repairs that they said they had done.

Please do not buy a car from here. I have had an awful experience with a 2016 Lincoln MKZ that they sold me. After two weeks of having the car there was an electrical issue that I have spent over $4,000 trying to fix that leads to my car having no AC, faulty airbags, and no control of my middle counsel or right sided windows. They took my car back and “fixed” it (cost me about $2,000) only for the same thing to happen TWO DAYS LATER. I truly wish I would’ve never traded my car in and definitely shouldn’t have trusted them to put me into something reliable and safe. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT
