My truck kept stalling a specific way. I took it in and told them exactly what it was doing and I thought it was a short. Called a week later and said they found problem (not short). Would cost $1000. Then called a few days later and said that didnt fix it, was going to replace another. $2500 this time. 2 week later called me and said it was done. I picked it up. Made it 5 miles before it did exactly what it did before. Had to have it towed back. Took a week for them to look at. Called and said they found a bad connection on a fuel injection part. $1000 more. Talked to service manager who I told I thought it was misdiagnosed, considering the above. Guy was a total jerk. Pay up or go away. $4000 and a month later for a $600 part that would have fixed what I said I thought it was to start. RUN.....RUN fast.

Northside did a great job on my truck oil change and fixed a little electronics glitch while they were at it. Would be 5 star except for long wait time.

Wish no stars was an option. Reached out about a vehicle that we were looking to sell or trade. While talking through the vehicle description the Northside Ford employee interrupted us and said "I don't want it." When we said "okay, that's why we were calling; to see if there would be any interest..." and the guy yelled "I DON'T WANT IT" then HUNG UP.This isn't the first bad experience we've had with customer service or purchasing vehicles from Northside Ford, but it will absolutely be the last.

I cannot rate Northside Ford or AJ with the pre-owned side of the dealer highly enough!We broke down in the middle of a Sunday night on the interstate 5 hrs from home. AAA towed us to this service station and at 7:30 Monday morning we were waiting at the door. Our Nissan initially could not be diagnosed at the Ford dealer, however one of the mechanics had an excellent idea, and decided to take a look anyway, getting us on the road early morning.He recognized the issue from a previous job, and he talked through the issue that we thought we were encountering with us and let me stand with him while he was looking at the car outside. He was able to quickly find the problem and clean the sensor getting us on our way.North side Ford saved us from a second tow, I made an important meeting, and was able to avoid the rental car and hotel game for another night. Any chance I get to sing their (and AJ!) praises or give them business I will.Thank you!

Have bought vehicles off them for years. Got told by my salesman that I couldn't afford the payments on a certain vehicle. Needless to say I went elsewhere and can afford payment on a new car. Thanks Northside for 20+ years of service. But elsewhere is where it just might be.

My experience with Northside was very impressive. Jim Warner was very helpful. He was efficient and did not make me feel pressured. The paperwork took no time at all. I was very impressed with this team.

2 days yep 2 days after buying yes granted a used vehicle for 13 k (sales guy jim liked to mention used) bamb engine light comes on. Plus it did have little issues from the start which was expected since it was used but nope will never buy again or recommend this place sorry. Buy elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. They sold me a Lincoln that stopped working 2 days after I purchased it. No working heat or air, no working windows, touchscreen that controls pretty much every function of my car DOES NOT WORK. I brought the car back for them to fix it, they charged me $950 and it was STILL BROKE WHEN I GOT IT BACK. Absolutely terrible and DO NOT RECOMMEND

I emailed about a truck on Saturday night, when going into the dealership they greeted me very professionally and helpful. After talking shortly with a couple Salesmen I was able to find the one I wanted to deal with, and I was able to test drive it right away for as long as I needed. When returning Josh had every question that I had printed out for me, and anytime I had a question he not only would look himself, but also would leave his desk to ask the manager to make sure I was fully confident before my purchase. Josh Stone and Jake Traub were both very honest, helpful, and made my first purchase from a dealership a breeze.

Great service department! You don't get any better service department managers than Ken Stone. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They don't just put parts on by trial of elimination. They trace down the problem and get it fixed properly. The guys at the service counter are friendly and get your vehicle in and out in the least time possible and parts department all know where to find what you need with quality replacements that you can count on! When I take my Ford F150 to them I know it's in good hands.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, left service department felt something wrong. Just made it past rear parking entrance lot when I was sure a wheel wasn't tightened. Pulled over and dug out my lug wrench to check and and the right front wheel was ready to fall off. Tightened lug nuts as much as I could and went back (about one block). Lug nuts on two wheels weren't tightened. Mistakes happen, but when i went back they acted annoyed instead of apologetic. They needed to order parts for it, so I called that afternoon to see if the lug nuts and studs were all that were damaged. Told me they said they'd call when ready, again acting annoyed . Saw car sitting outside late the next morning, waited a few hours and called to see if done. Yea, it had been done that morning, but they didn't bother to tell me. Managers all seemed to be busy when I wanted to talk about my treatment. To this day, not an apology from anyone there for something that could have been potentially dangerous. On top of all that, someone left dried mud all over floor on driver's side. Will never go back.

Absolutely the worst service ever! Had to get our drivers side window fixed due to the fact that it fell down and we couldn’t get it back up. They temporarily fixed it but using green tape to hold the window up, was then told they would order the part to fix it. After 3 weeks of waiting on a phone call to see if the part was in, we reached out and it was in fact in. Went back to the dealership at 1pm for our assigned appointment and waiting 2 hours for them to fix our window, we get into the truck and guess what our window will not roll down. Was then told it was a shortage with one of the buttons, after paying $367 for a part that they said would fix it. I will never be coming back! They are horrible at customer service and obviously fixing vehicles.
