Hello to everyone!I left them only this week. The truck had some severe FDEF issues. They did what they could, and they did it completely! That's the point. I am again on the road that is never ends until someone us separates :)Personaly I was patronized by James. Don't believe those who sais the Dealership has no shuttle quite the opposite they can give you a ride to any hotel at your choice even to a 5star one. Thanks!P.S but for some unknown for me reasons they stole my cheap screwdriver probably as a good memory;)

Totally disappointed..My sensor wire got old and broke off from the connector for the axle I'm not Kenworth only to go there and find out the $15 part online was $45 there couldn't pull myself together to pay for that so they lowered the price of $25

They are not professional, they guess what is the problem.The technician guy he told me I didn’t see anything problem with the clutch but he called the transmission company to check with them and they told him it’s the clutch at the end they change the clutch with the same problem. I talk to the manager in the beginning, he said we find a sensor, then he change his word and told me it was the clutch . they didn’t charge me for the sensor because they know it was not the clutch.Also when give my the truck after drive test and there is a air leak and antifreeze leaking from the pipe. they break it because it’s so close to the transmission..

If there is a zero star, I would definitely give it to them because I did a service and they did not figure out What is the problem due to poor judgment and they can't see what is the problem they go by guessing, They make me paying $9000 for transmission parts replacements and at the end it was only a sensor and guess what, They make me pay for it, sShame on you guys Kenworth

The service and part guys there go out their way to take care of the customers and simple jobs they take care of without making you wait. I recommend this kenworth for quality and service just ask for rob or James.

Everyone there is helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. This is the only place that I let service my T680. I'm in & out in no time. Guys make sure all is good before letting me loose!

Couldn't take husband to the hotel while they fixed the truck. He ended up walking the 2 miles to our hotel. No taxi no ubers no lifts. They did find our part the next day which was great. pressure tested the part the next day and then we "had" a leaking radiator !? $3000+ Later "our cost". We had no leak before that test! Then it was fixed. Over all 3 days.

Left my truck unattended for a week. Destroyed the food in my fridge, destroyed lights in my bunk. I will never bring my truck here again. Waste of time and dumber then a wet paper towel

Bought an air compressor, turns out didn’t need air compressor, went to return it. Box for air compressor was a bit torn up. They refunded me core charge but not the air compressor, took the compressor anyway. Kinda disappointed in their services. That is all

WORST WORST WORST SERVICE EVER THE TOWING COMPANY THEY RECOMMENDED MESSED UP OUR TRUCKS DRIVE LINE LET US SIT AT THE DEALER FOR A WHOLE WEEK JUST TO SCAN FOR CODES UNLESS YOU HAVE 4 WEEKS ON YOUR HANDS AND YOU DON'T NEED YOUR TRUCK TAKE IT HERE VERY UNORGANIZED PLACE AMANDA AT SERVICE WAS WHO WE WERE DEALING WITH THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE OUR TRUCK FOR A ROAD TEST AT 3PM WHEN THEY CLOSED AT 7PM THEY TOLD US WE HAD TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE OUR SERVICE TECH KEPT DOING OTHER JOBS EVEN THOUGH OUR TRUCK WAS THERE FIRST WE ARE A BIG KENWORTH CARRIER HAVE OVER 60 KENWORTH TRUCKS AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS WAS THE WORST KENWORTH EXPERIANCE WE HAVE EVER HAD
