I called to get information about a chip number go ahead and cat I adopted in Schaumburg Illinois tracked down this clinic from adoption records At first they were having trouble finding the information but the girl kept looking and found the chip number so I could register my precious Baby to me. I am not a client of theirs but they helped me and I no longer have to worry. The help was much appreciated. I can’t imagine how well they treat their clients. Great people

I can't say enough good things about this vet practice! With 3 dogs and 4 cats, sometimes life can get crazy and when it rains it pours. If I call with an issue, they are always able to see me same day, even if they 'work me in'. They always treat my animals great and never make my appointments feel rushed. They are also fantastic when I come in for routine appointments! They treat the pets with such care and compassion!

They over sedate your animals and blame it on conditions that they don’t even have.

They like to over sedate animals then have you pay for the meds to “bring them back”. (That’s only when the animal lives)

I took my boyfriend’s cat a few months ago to get groomed. She needed vaccinations as well so before they groomed her and sedated her they gave her the vaccinations and ran her blood work. Everything was normal. Pick her up and take her home. 24 hours later if that we notice things aren't getting better. Long story short we took her to another vet close by since he lives out of town. She ended up being in congestive heart failure and died 48 hours later after her vet visit. This is now the third or fourth story that I have heard with very similar details I highly do not recommend, this veterinarian clinic anymore!!

This vet office is great. My dog does not handle vet visits very well but the staff was so kind and patient and I really appreciated that about them. They really cared for my boy even when he made things difficult.

The Dr, was professionally strictly business....."Hurry up and buy" type if you get my drift.....but really no complaints....our pet was treated very well!

Thank God for this clinic. I was traveling cross country from CO to PA and stopped at a hotel for the night. I realized my turtle had a respiratory infection and got her over here the next day, were she got the antibiotics she needed as fast as possible, as well as an xray. They were perfect on prices and didn't break the bank by any means. Amazing to find an exotic vet with no real wait. Thank you for helping Lillian!Special shout out to Dr. Noelle Savedoff for being my savior.

We were traveling in an RV and needed emergency care for our Pomeranian. I called the Center and Dr. Nanci was able to see me if I could get there quickly before closing. The techs were so good with Sadie and Dr. Nanci was wonderful. Within 30 minutes, she had been examined, had bloodwork with the results and been X-rayed. We needed to wait for those results. I left with medication to ease her pain. Dr. Nanci contacted me after hours later in the evening to let me know results. We spoke several times on the phone. I have been to many different vets but never one as caring and efficient as Dr. Nanci and her staff. I was blessed to have found this wellness center.
