This used to be a great place to stop but not anymore. The fuel pumps need to be replaced. They either don't read your credit card or the pump keeps shutting off when you are trying to fuel. I am very unhappy with this location and I will probably stop going there to get my fuel.

Stopped to get gas, card continued to be declined & I noticed the sticker to contact attendant if “void” appeared… Contacted attendant who had zero information regarding the sticker, suggested machine had been tampered with & to move to a different pump… So the scammers now have my credit card info & attendant has zero concern the machine will continue to scam/scan other customer’s cards. ? Yikes! Like maybe put an out of order sign in the pump? Or educate the attendants about the sticker or call police to report scam theft? I will not be stopping at these gas stations on future travels due to lack of concern/education over credit card theft.

Great stop! Clean showers, fast service, and everything works well. Not all Pilots are this well maintained. Solid 5 stars!

Ok not the old flying j.. not very clean compared to Loves
. Great coffee if the pot was cleaned.. not real good for parking since mostly semi tractors parked in the RV places.. Really went downhill sorry to say

I'm not sure if it's just me but these Illinois pilots are just nasty. I can see why these other drivers just squat on the seats in the restroom. How do I know? The greasy, dirty prints on the seats. The toilet paper and water bottles all over the floors. The toilets full of waste. I swear it would be cleaner and safer to just do my business in the parking lot like the other drivers.
It's like this location is having a context with the TA next door for the most run down location. I would have bought hot food here but with how sorry their cleanliness is in the basic areas I'd never trust this place with clean kitchens.
Do better, if you can...

No food really in the hot case. All crap selection. Place is pretty much a dump. No restaurant.
