My boyfriend had a pump built here that only lasted a total of 6-7 hours from install. Brought it in to see what happened as it was still under the 1 year warranty they put on the paperwork/receipt and they refused to honor the warranty due to shavings sucked up in the pump from it coming apart. They wanted more money to fix it because they refused to honor the warranty, even though the part failed.

I was passing through Effingham, IL on my way from Texas to Indiana when my Ford F250’s DEF system warning light came on. I stopped at a nearby Ford dealership, but they were unable to even look at my truck until the following Friday.
After calling around, I got in touch with Jeff at Scheid Diesel, and I’m so glad I did. He told me to come in right away, and they would take a look. True to his word, they got my truck in that same day, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the necessary part.
Since I needed to stay overnight, Jeff generously dropped me off at a nearby hotel and picked me up the next morning. The part arrived the next day, and within a few hours they had my truck repaired and ready to go.
If I lived closer, Scheid Diesel would be my preferred shop. Their professionalism, quick turnaround, and outstanding customer service were top-notch. I highly recommend them for any diesel repair needs.

Had an issue with my DEF indicator driving through. Got connected with Jeff in the service department to see if he and the team could fit us in, so we could get back on the road.
He ran a diagnostic on it to make sure my DEF levels were in range. When that checked out, he focused on the indicator sensors.
Needless to say, Jeff and his team took the time and care we needed, to fix our emergency that happened while traveling. Very grateful for their hard work, and care to get us going.

Nice work! Less than two weeks after the initial call, I had my truck back and running great.No, they're not necessarily cheaper than others, but they do good work. I'm happy. I have family members that have used them for years and recommend.

Guys got me right in . Offered to get me in same day but I was not able to make it . They called me and let me know what Was wrong before they started any of the work. They took care of all of the issues and even fixed a wire that was not on the original work order. Great guys and great service.

I bought the premium red top injectors from scheid had 3 go bad each about monthly told me it was contaminated fuel so they wouldn't warranty and replace had a no start condition finally bought 6 injectors for $2500 from a reputable place that stands behind what they sell so the $2500 i spent with them went down the drain and I have not had any issues for months now truck actually even smokes less and runs smooth fair warning Scheid won't stand behind what they sell. By the way my original factory injectors had 740,000mi on them I haul rvs for a living and never had contaminated fuel or problems till I bought Scheid Injectors. Update I filed a complaint with Better Bussiness Bureau and Scheid would not respond I can't believe a place this big would not refund at very least cost for me having to replace his injectors from another company as he wouldn't warrantee them I have had no issues anymore since I did so . I take very good care of my vehicles and know for fact I never had a contaminated fuel issue.

great people my turbo clamp on my 06 cummins broke and I looked everywhere for one no luck so I called these guys up on a Friday and on Monday my part was delivered and it fit. thanks again to the boys at schied diesel.
