“They were very good at working with me whenever I had issues paying my bill, they even went the extra mile when I didn't have a choice but to leave some stuff in my storage unit when I moved out and they charged me a very minimal fee to take care of that. The only issue I ever had was when I went back to my storage unit after not having been there two years, they had a lockout lock on my unit from 3 months before they had never taken off. So at 9:00 p.m. at night I had to spend 40 minutes trying to find a human just so I could get into my storage unit for the first time after 2 years and driving 11 hours.”
