Not respectful over the phone do better on talking to customers who bank with you

I called ahead of time to cash in some change she told me 5% that's fine but when I get there she charged me 5 for 8 dollars in change that's not 5% you work at a bank you should know how to count i think it's wrong to charge someone 5 dollars to change in 8.36 cents I got 3 dollars back

Great staff.. new building that is very convenient. I always try to bank locally.. everyone is professional and and eager to help.
