Hire more people. Less people would walk out if they were assisted in a timely manner. Hire qualified people that can do the job. This is the USA 1 person shouldn’t be trying to help a completely packed office. You waste our time why should we use your service anymore. It’s obvious why the usps won’t be around much longer. Poor management

For a week now I've been waiting on packages and every time they mark it undeliverable and say they couldn't access my address. Complete bullshit. Everything was fine last week, doordash and walmart delivery and everyone else seems capable of opening and closing a gate, what could possibly make my home undeliverable? Just pathetic how God awful USPS is any more.

Didn't get our water bill in our mailbox, so we forgot to pay it on time. I checked informed delivery email today and see a delinquent notice coming, but the shut off date is for today. Called the water department and they said they sent the notice out 9 days ago so they are not sure why the post office took so long. The weather was fine besides one day, so I don't know their excuse since the phone number is a automated 800 number ...

It’s sad that I have to come weekly to pickup my mail. Otherwise I won’t receive it but MAYBE twice a week. Gets old real fast.They coded my mail as “unable to access location” but there’s a direct pull up to my front door. You can step right out your car and be at my front door. It’s never inaccessible.
