They charged me 70 dollars to change my phone to a different phone. Lost Facebook, messenger, and messages. Went back, told me there was nothing they could do. Told me to go see tech. Went to Shelbyville version, they fixed it. Said Effingham version never finished the update ! Anyone know how i can get my money back ?

My Verizon,My foot! Refused to reset a SIM card card on a device that just randomly disconnected because the owner of the business plan had to be present to approve the move, a business doesn’t always have access to have everyone at arms length to fix stupid things because Verizon employees have no desire to help, what a jokeWent to Mt vernon Verizon store and they did no problem what these people couldn’t do

Daniel was wonderful. We were there for almost 3 hours, well past closing time. Daniel worked diligently to solve the phone connection problem, calling and confirming with Verizon techs. We were able to get our phones same day, as ordered on line with the pick up service and then activated. I will be back for my next phone upgrade and if I have any problems with phone service.

Upgraded my husbands phone. We were charged for a protection plan without them asking if I wanted it. Also, paid a set up fee and the phone will not update. Was told by another store the electronic SIM number was entered incorrectly. I will have to drive 30 miles tomorrow to back to the store in hopes of getting it fixed. Not impressed by their customer service.
