I walked into the Petro in Effingham, IL with a shower planned and left with the new Samsung and a tablet for less then $150. Robert and the regional manager went over and beyond to the extent of getting me a free shower, they explained everything well and gave me options. I had planned to go home in order to visit a Verizon but they made it convenient now I can keep rolling. Good customer service, professional, and very informative.

Kenny was awesome when we stopped by last night. He is a great salesman and deserves a raise. I'd been thinking of adding a tablet to our current Verizon plan, and he was extremely helpful in getting us set up with an awesome Samsung Galaxy Tab S7FE. Easy to work with, very informative, and not pushy. 10/10 recommend stopping by to see him for all your Verizon Wireless needs.

To say that I'm a little technologically challenged is a understatement! However, I was having a problem I just couldn't figure out! Then I met Kenneth at the Verizon store inside the Petro! I explained what I was trying to do, and in just a few minutes he had me up and working! The store wasn't even open yet! Thanks for taking the time to give me a hand! Your the best!

Kenneth Wheeler was absolutely amazing. Did everything he possible could to fix my watch and when he couldn't he was able to come to an amazing job and got me a replacement. Yall come see him. He's amazing!!!

Went to an authorized dealer and was told phone couldn’t be transferred from T-Mobile. Came here talked to Kenny and Adam and got phone transferred to Verizon with no problem nice guys and knowledgeable

Kenny and Adam did amazingly good job for us went to another store in the area they could not get it done said we would have to bye new phones well that’s not true as I said Kenny and Adam got it done I highly recommend this kiosk in Effingham Illinois
