The people that work here are saints for dealing with the customer base. The customers of this Walgreens and probably most Walgreens are nothing but drug addicts. They go to their doctors and get hooked on whatever narcotic medications they can get then come here and yell and scream at these hard workers for following rules and regulations imposed by the United States government. 90% of the people that have a prescription here do not need it. People of Effingham county, already simpletons by default, are the worst humans alive. I pray that whatever God you all believe in has mercy on your souls. You're nothing but drug addicts. God bless the pharmacy workers of America for having to deal with entitled, low class, so called "humans".

Went through the line to pick up my daughter's prescription the 1st time told me it was going to be 20 minutes. Went back through for the second time and told me was going to be another 20 minutes. Then the the technician threatened to call the police to have me move out of the line.

Apparently they close the pharmacy at 6pm. This means at 6:05pm, they will say “there is nothing we can do”. Great customer service…

Pharmacy don't tell you when they cant refill prescriptions. It's a surprise for ya. Then they'll make your prescriptions 3 months which is alot of money then tell you next time they won't return meds. Even after you continuously ask put in computer only 1 month. Not to mention you don't even know what they gave you till you paid for it. Too bad I can't give y'all a 0 star

My wife stopped in to pick up a prescription for our granddaughter, the young woman at the counter was very rude and condescending she stated that the provider that had called in the prescription was no longer covered under the medical card, and said so it would be like $200 just for 1 of the prescription, and they didn’t have it anyway, she suggested I call other locations to see if they had the medication. She didn’t offer a generic brand. I had more than enough to cover the cost in my pocket and would have gladly paid it for the health of my granddaughter, but I called 2 blocks down the street they had just what I needed they were extremely friendly and gave me the prescription I needed for $8.43, I had a cart full of other goods I planned on purchasing at Walgreens but because of the rude ungrateful pharmacy staff. I will not spend another dollar there.

Lady working at counter gave terrible and rude service and it was clear as if she was not wanting to acknowledge or be more into giving any assistance or answering any questions.

I'm not usually someone who writes reviews,but this place sucks. I've been coming here for years and 9/10 there's a problem picking up my script. The only reason i was coming here, was the fact they were open late, but now they close at 6. ( i understand being short staffed, but this was an issue before that. This is definitely the worst pharmacy in town.

Just was disappointed to see that their shells aren't very full of anything I mean I know we're having an extraordinary but usually Walgreens is pretty stocked up on just about everything so I don't know if they're pulling away from the grocery part of the part of the drugstore or they're just let you know just going drugstore or what they're doing but and also we got the stuff that we got that was on the Shelf with stale and on sale and very stale need to be thrown out or on discount for sure and it wasn't so very disappointed at Walgreens

Pharmacy staff is always stressed and service is always very slow. Also actual pharmacy hours of 9 am-6 pm are not convenient .
