No stars at all, traveling in our rv trying to get back home to Michigan and they would not let us spend the night in their parking lot. I talked to an assistant manager & he said corporate has not changed the rules for this store, even in a time like this with the virus everywhere. Campgrounds are closed, truck stops and rest areas need their spaces for the truckers(bless them all) so where does that leave us. We have never been denied a overnight stay at any Wal-Mart in many states until today. Believe me, I prefer a campground. The assistant manager told me there was a stay home notice! That is not what I want to hear from anyone! Just wanted a safe place to sleep for the night. We are totally self contained and never bother anyone. Very poor PR and will never shop at Walmart again

Hey, it's a Walmart, what do you really expect? They have all the stuff that you'd expect a Walmart to have. Their food section is a bit hectic and confusing because some stuff is marked "seasonal" even though they're just Cheetos or something. Asking isn't always helpful because people don't seem to know where anything is. Prices are right and they really have everything. There's even a separate liquor section that's not big but it has pretty standard American beer and normal liquor. The checkout process is pretty infuriating but if you can get into a self checkout you'll be better off. I was honestly shocked at how slow my checkout person was and just how long it took for everything to get scanned and bagged. I've worked in a grocery store before and I really couldn't even comprehend what was happening with her while she was doing her job. It was mind-boggling. Just go to the self-checkout and you'll be out much quicker than if you try to interact with a human.

Don't have much of a choice. It's the only big chain we have in Effingham. Getting hard to find what you need there for the shelves are un stocked.

Usually understaffed and almost always out of what we are looking for. Long waits in line to check out. Hard to find help when you need it

Pretty good. They do have some commercial truck parking, so you can shop. BUT, no overnight parking.

Well I had to call the store on my phone to get assistance in the shoe department, once the lady arrived she showed me 1 choice in my size that I couldn't use at work , as I went to ask a second question this person was paged said she had to go , I insisted I had more questions. This is poor customer service. This was the first time this year I even dared go there and as usual they under delivered, disappointed, and insulted me . Want my advice , don't go it's corporate America at its worst , I am going to a private, individual owned store today where I am sure I'll be welcomed and won't be bothering a sales person from other duties.

As an OTR driver. I stop at this location regular. I like they way they have the shelves stock up and always have what I need for the truck. They are always friendly and hardly a line to wait in to check out. Out of the Walmart I stop at. This is one of my favorite. Keep up the good work folks..

Took my 89 yr. old Mother-in-law over there on Monday, Dec. 12th, 2016, to do some shopping. She had 2 pair of Men's shorts to exchange. She took them to the Service Desk as soon as we arrived, and they told her to go find what she was looking for. Well, after looking thru the entire Men's department, she did not find what she was looking for. She finished her shopping and went back to the Service Desk, and the items she had brought in for Exchange---had Vanished. The lady wo

Decent sized Wal Mart just north of the interstate. FYI, Alcohol is kept in a separate section by the self-check out.
