About Richard E. Workman Sports & Wellness Complex
The Richard E. Workman Sports & Wellness Complex is a great place with everything needed for exercises. It is a very nice facility with a wide array of exercise equipment and exercise classes to suit all fitness levels. There is plenty of equipment for just about any type of workout. The complex features an indoor pool with numerous lap lanes, basketball and tennis courts inside as well. It is great for all activities and for getting the family out of the house. The public areas are nice and clean, and the place is very clean and inviting. The locker rooms and some toilets, however, can be dirty during certain times. The staff is helpful. Their physical therapy department is amazing, with some of the best people who have great manners, conversations, and knowledge. The memberships are fairly priced, offering great value for the health benefits. It is definitely worth a visit.
Nice place. My son attended a basketball camp a few weeks ago. My other son decided to swim while we waited for the camp to end. Great for all activities.

I am having therapy at HSHS. The place is very clean and inviting . I will probably join when I'm physically able to. There is a nice pool that you can definitely smell, but that isn't an issue.
