Called the 800 number 2 times a week apart. Took a week to return call each time and it was a computer which didn't help because I didn't know my account number. Called El Paso, Ill. Got another computer. It took all my info, easy to understand, then rattled off my account number so fast I only got first 2 digits. Next day the computer called me wanting immediate payment in 24 hours. Gave me several options then said if I wanted to talk to a representative I should say Representative which I didIt didn't understand. Tried again, it didn't understand. I hung up.

I have had a terrible experience with Ferrell Gas for the past 4 years. My tank has not been serviced and has not been leveled and I constantly smell gas leaking. I have made several calls regarding my concerns with no resolution.
