The people are very friendly and go out of their way to help if they can. I sometimes have a new carrier and he doesn't do his job very well but the veterans are good workers.

I called to let the post office know that our mail has been found in our neighbor's yards and that we are all receiving other neighbor's mail. I was told that if I thought I could do better to come and apply for a job . The person was very rude. I guess this is the new norm for customer service and the ElPaso post office.
