My wife and I worked with Steve Dobbs on purchasing an Equinox EV. Steve made things easy and was always available to chat or respond to questions. Our experience at the dealership was quick and painless, with no hassles. I had never purchased a car from a traditional dealership before due to the stressful nature of those transactions, which made this experience quite a surprise at how easy and laid back this process was from start to finish. Steve spent time making sure we were able to learn about the car and the differences from a traditional ICE vehicle as this was our first EV. Congratulations to this team on making this a smooth and easy process.

Here's my salesman, Joseph Howland, with my brand new SUV. I really recommend Joe and Bob Jass Chevy in Elburn. I've been a customer of this dealership since 1996 when I purchased my 1st new car. I've actually purchased all my vehicles there, as well as, used their Service Department many, many times in the past. I know how difficult the car buying process is and I feel that my own personal tolerance for stress is very small. Thankfully, Joe and (Ryan Easter, the General Sales Manager) make the process easy. I'm loving my new ride and I thank God for making everything possible.
