I was treated like a friend/family member by Erin and Mike. Since I was having 4 new tires installed, I was given a car to drive so I didn’t have to wait. I ran some errands and was reconnected with my car in less than 3 hours. Well done and a big thanks to the Bob Jass team.

We just purchased a new Chevy Blazer. Steve Lawrence was amazing. He is there to answer any questions. He made the buying experience comfortable and easy! Additionally, Service Center personnel are outstanding! They are friendly and easier to work with.

Bob Jass Chevrolet, Elburn, IL, and all of their employees, continue to provide impeccable service - whether it is making a service appointment, talking to the service personnel, purchasing products, discussing the purchase of a new vehicle, including the cashiers, they simply treat me like family. We are not a customer, a number, or a vehicle…I’m treated like family, like friends, someone I want to do business with. Hence, why I have purchased six or more vehicles from Bob Jass.Recently, I was in the market for a new vehicle. Although I now call Florida home, I traveled from Florida back to Illinois to purchase from Bob Jass. The folks at Bob Jass have earned my trust, confidence and loyalty, despite the geographical distance.That is why the purchase of my next vehicle will be from Bob Jass, regardless of where I call home.

I'm headed back home to West Texas after a long road trip to Newfoundland and Labrador Canada.Realize we were due for an oil change and called. This past weekend was right in the Festival, And they got me in the first thing Monday morning and I was on the road in about an hour. I wish all of the dealerships were like this. The customer service was great, and everything was done properly.

Joe was easy and great to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the truck and its history. Helped me set up all the technical options before I left the lot. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was not just interested in selling a vehicle but truly getting to know me and Christi and who we are. Very down home feeling there would highly recommend seeing Joe for any vehicle in the future.

Steve Dobbs was mazing through out the whole process going back to when I first places the order in March. I cannot say enough about the job he did. I was willing to drive 40 miles to his dealership because of him.

I had such a wonderful experience with the whole team from General Manager to the finance department! Steve Dobbs was incredibly patient with all my questions, walked me through all the paperwork and the app features as well as showed me all the bells and whistles on my new car. It was such a blessing to work with such great people. We definitely will be back for another purchase and will tell anyone to do the same.

I have taken my vehicle to this dealership twice due to two different noises I heard going on. Both times the noise was not replicated and/or completely misdiagnosed. The first time they did not solve the issue after taking my car in multiple times and said they’d call me back and never did. This most recent time I paid $500 for front brakes that did not solve the issue. When I took it back, they still could not replicate the noise and said my rear sway bar link had “some give”. When I got home, the rear sway bar was completely disconnected. A $30 part was the cause of the noise, and I paid $500 for the dealership to not fix or identify the issue. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It’s so frustrating not being able to trust a Chevy Dealership with your car.

This was my first vehicle purchase through Bob Jass and can honestly say it was a great experience. I worked with Steve Dobbs on the purchase of my new corvette and he kept me in the loop the entire time throughout the waiting process for an allocation and the placing of my order. This was night and day compared to other dealerships I had worked with prior!!!I will definitely be back for any future purchases.Thanks Steve!
