It was late at night and nobody else was open, they answered, came by earlier than they estimated, towed where it needed to go with advice for how to best deal with the situation.
Ray, the driver who came was even nice enough to give me a ride back home after he dropped off the car. Excellent service.

Terrible terrible service, they won’t let you know how much the daily holding fees are since they have contracts with different police stations in how much they can charge. George at the front desk told me there was a $500 release fee I’d need to pay before getting my car out. After verifying with Sugar grove police they stated no $500 fee was needed to release my vehicle. They won’t give information on the vehicle to anyone but the owner. You can just feel the negative energy as soon as you walk though those doors. Hope your car never gets towed here!

One of your driver's is the rudest man I've met at a truck stop. He's parked I ask him to back up a little so I can get by and he flips me off saying call my boss he won't care. Nice and professional especially with a huge name on the side of the truck.

I was impressed by how quickly they responded because I was using my Allstate roadside assistance app and located in a little town that wasn't very convenient or easy to find. They were great and Roy was able to determine why the power steering was out after a simple jump start by a friendly neighbor went wrong the night before. I was on assignment and had to leave my vehicle there the night before, and luckily I had roadside assistance so I had a guy named Stacey the night before who had to give me a ride home, about 20 miles away.
Alex said he would be able to buy the part I needed and I started crying because at this point, I was exhausted and without a car, so it meant the World to me in that moment. He took it upon himself to go get the part and install it.
Both Roy and Alex worked together that day to get me my car and make sure I could drive it. Roy reassured me that it was safe and just a blown fuse and Alex knocked on my front door with my keys!!

This company has no voicemail set up to leave a message. After calling a second time (with 15 minutes or so between calls) I was met with an incredibly angry, demeaning, and unprofessional answer before I even spoke to inquire about a tow. Ridiculous way to answer a business phone. Ended up using Accurate Towing who did an exceptional, professional, and quick job.

Ended up needing a truck and trailer towed. No one else would tow us, or wanted a ridiculous amount. Caliber Towing offered a great rate and has the best customer service I've experienced with a tow truck company. I would definitely recommend anyone contact them if you need a tow.Service: Car towing

Called Caliber for a tow they showed up very promptly. Made sure i had a ride to my intended destination before leaving me and towed my xlg Suv without a scratch. There shop figured out the problem and even fixed it. I just picked it up the next morning and drove on to work. The best darned towing guys I've ever come acrass. Thanks Andy & crew, what a great bunch of guys!Highly recommended. 5 stars

Excellent Tow Company!! 5 Stars isn’t enough. Was waiting for another tow company (Axell) which said they’d be there in 30 mins, an hour later still waiting. Called Caliper Towing said they could be there in 20 mins, 20 mins later they were there!!!! Dustin the tow guy had my truck hooked up and on the road in no time. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Can’t Thank Caliper Towing and of course Dustin enough for making a miserable day end better.Thank You Again Guys!!
