“Better late than never!!! I visited this Binny's a couple weeks. Ago, and prior to that, it was about a month ago, and I had the pleasure of having Sam, assist me both times I actually recognized him. The second time. I tell you Sam is so knowledgeable, very professional super nice...you would think that he arranged the store all by himself the way he knows his way around the store.. His customer service skills are second to none. They have a lot of helpful people in the store. However I needed something, and I actually went to look for Sam. That's just how amazing he is. And I asked, if he was a manager, he stated, no. I could see him being the manager 1 day!!! on a scale. From 1 to 10 I give Sam a 20 simply amazing. My customer experience was excellent, A+ thank you, Sam. If ever, a customer service class needs to be taught. He needs to be the teacher.”

“I'm thrilled to have found this store for all of my wine & spirit needs, the store carries a very large variety of choices to suit everyone that walks in. I typically stop in once a week or so to pick up a few items. I'll tell you this, you will never find another store that is more organized and the cleanliness is off the charts. the one thing that really stands out about Pride is the staff!! Mike and Wells in particular are so friendly and will always help you out with any questions you may have. I will not shop anywhere but Pride in St. Charles going forward. All the best you guys!!”

“Great place, clean and very well stocked.
An associate by the name of Julio greeted us at the door. He asked how could he help us we explained that we were looking for some wine for a house party we were attending. He took care of us and he was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Truly an asset to the place, you don’t get such excellent costumer service at other places.
Due to his willingness to assist and knowledge we not only purchased the wine for the party but also made purchases for our personal liquor collection. We will definitely return to this atore.
This is a quaint place with a lot to offer.

“I love coming here when I am visiting from Texas. The employees and friendly and remember your face. I spend quite a bit of money here when I visit and so does my parents. I always find what I am looking for and more. Recently I bought an Iron Maiden beer which was pretty good. I say give it a try. Plus I am a Shiner girl and thank the lord they had my shiner. Its a taste of home! Thank you for the great service!”

“Very very very fast unloading for a full trailer. Quick easy in and out. They do have a bathroom but you need to properly ask to use their bath facilities inside. You must call the number on the Employees Entrance door in order to get unloaded and get a dock door.??”
“I've been going to this location for a while. Selection is always top notch and customer service is a little better than average. They were a go-to when I was stocking my "wine racks" several years ago and stopped in for some allocated bourbon the other day and their selection did not disappoint. Prices vary (some items are marked up and others not so much)”
