Horrible communication from this pharmacy. My vet called in our request on 7/31. Shamrock claims they called and left a message for me on 7/31-which is completely false. No voicemail or call was received ever. After multiple calls to my vet and them personally following up, I called myself on 8/7 and received an extremely rude representative on the phone. She accused me of lying about not receiving the voicemail. Needless to say, even if they did call me, a follow up would have been nice so this issue was caught sooner. If you can, I would avoid using them as they are not on top of their responsibilities to their customer and are not friendly.

The employees at Shamrock are nothing short of phenomenal! The staff is always kind and willing to answer my questions. Getting a refill is a breeze! They are always willing to contact my vet for me. They ship my product right to my house with a marker on the syringe for the dosage. I highly recommend!!

Highly recommend!! My cat is currently taking medication three times a day and the only way I’ve been able to do that is with the special compound that Shamrock has made. My cat actually likes the taste of the medication now!! And their customer service is always fantastic!!

Made the drive out to this pharmacy to pick up a medication for my cat. They liqify meds and call them milkshakes which you get to pick the flavor of. If you can get your animal to take a pill that is obviously cheaper then using this service but it was worth a try. The staff working here was very nice. They can mail you the medications as well so you don't have to drive.

Friendly and helpful. Have meds ready quickly. I'm so happy that I was able to get Sucralfate compounded with a peanut butter flavor. My dog became too aggressive to give the plain Sucralfate. The taste was terrible. He now loves taking it. This pharmacy is literally a life saver. I love the pharmacy app as well. What a great idea. Highly recommend this pharmacy. I may use it for my own meds in the future. It's a 40 minute drive from my house, but it is so worth it. They will also ship meds too.

Shamrock pharmacy is an outstanding resource for our community. We have a senior citizen cat who requires specialty medications. They have been AMAZING at finding resources to help get his medication into him since he is such a picky eater. They have created customized treats with his medication in them, and when he decided he wouldn’t eat those anymore they came up with a solution to put the medicine in a transdermal medium that we just have to rub on his ears. They provide great personalized care with outstanding customer service. They don’t just fill the prescription, they take genuine interest in our animals. They have good ideas and suggestions and are willing to work closely with you and your vet to get your pet the medication they need.I’m so grateful that we have Shamrock available to us. They have given us the gift of several more quality years with our furry little family member :-)

We’re lucky to have a place like this in the area. I needed specialty meds for my cat and they were able to make them up quickly and at a reasonable price. They even called to verify what flavor he would like. Several options were available for pick up our delivery and the staff and pharmacist made sure I had everything I needed and knew how to use it before I left. They even threw in some cat treats. Overall a great experience!

I’ve referred clients there for years working at an animal hospital, but never used them personally until this week. They were able to work with me quickly and kindly to get meds that worked for my cat and I couldn’t be happier!
