Everyone we have dealt with at this store has been so nice. If I’m looking lost there is usually someone right there offering to help. We have had good service at the pharmacy as well. So nice to have them as a resource in town!

Used to be our go-to. Sadly shelves now half empty and usually takes 3 trips with waits to fill a couple prescriptions. When the pharmacy is actually open.

Refused my mother important prescription medication because they wouldn't accept my card in store without me present and wouldn't stay open for an extra 5 minutes for me to get there to help her. Counting down the clock rudely to kick her out. Get your prescriptions at jewel folks their customer service is VOLUMES better and oftentimes their prices are better as well. Absolutely abhorrent experience here, if there are any Walgreens even slightly further out GO TO THEM instead it's worth the extra gas tenfold. 1 star

I asked Nancy for the Restroom location and she said, I can go to Mcdonalds accross the st, Im a loyal customer to Walgreens first time in this location, and she said Restrooms are only for Employees, never felt this way before, is she racist? Or she is having a bad day?? Send me to the Restaurant accross the street??? Why??
Guy at the register was friendly I ask him why would she denied the restroom and he said, ge doesnt know what is wrong with her ??.

We had to return something to the store and they were so great about it. Both the manager and the cashier took time to swap out what we had and help me find something else we were looking for. On top of that they gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Customer service was excellent.

Poor customer service. Had a death in the family and were gathering photos for a memorial that needed to be printed but their system was down; they never notified us until we came in 3 hours later to pick them up only to be told this was not possible. When calling to cancel order to make sure we wouldn’t be charged, staff was rude and had an attitude with us. We explained the situation and she still continued with an attitude and was rude regarding our loss. This has been the worst experience I have had at this walgreens before; the complete dismissal of our loss and continued rude behavior and trying to get us off the phone was such a blatant sign of disrespect especially when in mourning. Disgusting behavior by this employee and establishment.

I just witnessed a customer unnecessarily berate the manager Jamie and the other employee working, and Jamie handled the situation with professionalism and grace. She tried to offer the customer a discount and rewards cash which he very rudely declined. The customers wife was waiting in line with him as well and was clearly in distress from how he was treating the employees. When it became clear that the customer was unreasonable and just wanted to be angry she completed his transaction as quickly as possible and maintained a professional demeanor. Afterwards when ringing me up she apologized for the scene the customer made which was not necessary at all. It was a shame to see such good people being treated so poorly.
