My wife went here and had the most horrible experience. She has cancer, and they did testing in areas other than where she actually is having problems. Seemed to me like insurance fraud đ they call everyone a drug addicted. Even thow, my wife does not get any pain medication.
They also kicked out my service dog, saying they didn't have to go by the American Disability Act. Never go here unless you have no choice they might operate on your brain for a broken leg. Some of the intake people were nice. But as we moved up the ladder, they seemed to have no compassion đ I was horrified on how they make people suffer in pain. What is a person supposed to do when they are in pain and have cancer. I guess go to the liquor store or the corner dealer. Another thing they scheduled appointments so far apart by the time you get to the next appointment 2 to 3 months later your problems have progressed. They make appointments where the problem could have been done over the phone because no actual testing is done. Wasting a days pay and putting real needed procedures are put off.
It's all up to you. I was just telling our experience. I just don't understand about this place and others related to it.

My granddaughter presented to the hospital with severe flank pain. Following a CT scan, she was instructed to wait in the hallway for results before returning to her bed. She is experiencing significant discomfort and was not provided with a blanket while in the clinical decision unit. The staff's conduct in this unit was unprofessional and lacked empathy. Improved patient care and support are urgently required.

My situation is very unique. I serve this community as a Healthcare Provider as well as a Pastor. On the morning of January 10, 2025 one of my parishioners was injured in an auto accident. It was a snowy day and travel was very difficult, therefore her family was having trouble getting there to check on her. I entered the ER receptionist area and told them I was there to check on a patient and that I was her Pastor. I was told that she was in X-ray and they would come get me shortly. After 30 minutes I checked in with them again and was told that they were getting her settled in. Again after another 30 minutes I asked again and was then told that the patient was being discharged. I was there for an hour just simply wanting to check on my church friend and pray with them. There was absolutely no one else in the waiting area and not one person checked into the ER while I was there. Most people in this situation usually want to see their family or their Pastor. This just shouldnât happen that a patient does not have the opportunity to pray with their Pastor in their time of need. This also will affect the way I feel about encouraging my own patients to seek care at Ferrell Hospital.

Physical therapy receptionist and billing departments need some major customer service advice. Without writing a full essay, I tried finding out why I had a 1300$ bill after I was told my deductible was almost met and I wouldnât owe much two different times. Never once got an answer from billing after several calls and voicemails. Last time I tried calling the mailbox was even full. so I tried calling the receptionist in Eldorado to have them explain what happened. I couldnât get a half sentence in before she would rudely interrupt me. To me thatâs insulting. As it is most people. I finally hung up and paid âmy billâ. Make sure you find out how much they are going to charge you before you go. I made that mistake and got ripped off.

I left worse than what I was with pain management. My lower back is messed up now. It constantly hurts. Try Marion Pain Management first.

I donât even want to give this place one star. The ER Department nurses are HORRIBLE!!!!! They will not let my mother in law go get anything to eat or drink, they refuse to let her do anything, even use the bathroom! They havenât offered her anything at all, not even water!!! They refuse to tell her anything regarding her foster son, which is technically her nephew. Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I am so irate!!!!

My niece was apparently there last night or afternoon til midnight. The doctor was unprofessional, rude and did not take care of my niece well. She is in surgery now at another hospital. She could have lost her leg.

The hospital was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. I was able to be alongside my youngest daughter during her scan. The hospital itself would warrant 5 stars, but, they're expanding the building and the all the noise created by the jackhammer and such was beyond deafening and very annoying. But, the hospital is great!
