Very poor customer service. I was a customer of the previous bank and it was purchased by Legence. I have had this account for over 10 years and was happy until recently. In the last year I have had 2 very bad experiences, one in Carbondale and one in Marion. Both times I was treated as if my business didn't matter at all, I was asked to go out of my way and come to the branch or come back because they couldn't figure their business out causing me to miss work. My other bank doesn't treat me this way. I guess they think their fancy building is enough. Not impressed!

Harrisburg or Eldorado illinois wouldn't advise anyone to bank there been helping my mom with her busy for years now they have somehow come to the conclusion that she being ripped off or at least acting that way they wouldn't even let her have access to online banking after 3 years service.

Not too pleased with the Legence Marion Branch. I called for a Balance check of my secondary account I had saved up close to , if not 500 dollars. It is then on this call that, I had learned, That my account was reduced by 160.00. I called the Marion Branch, the Branch Manager was conveniently unavailable the Narrative of she is in a meeting, next was she was in an interview. Which is it? Seeing that I wasn't getting the answers that I was seeking, I called the Corporate office in Elderado, IL, spoke to the Vice President. It was then corrected to a degree. However I asked the VP to investigate this further. I also demand that the teller or tellers involved be reprimanded if not fired for their incompetence.
