This has to be the most incompetent, anti-good-customer service banking facility in the entire universe! After hard pulling my credit report IN ERROR, not once but twice on the same day, the attitude is, "Oops! Get Over It!" I can name 10 staff persons all apathetic and uncaring. Among them, Suzy Morris, takes business calls while clanging dishes; interrupting and talking over you. Bank President for Southern IL, Brian Ganfauer, won't even give you the courtesy of a call back. Take your business to Farmer's State Bank. There the President and staff will offer you bottled water, soda; treat you with respect and value you!
