Very! Knowledgeable on the installation process. Answered all my questions and concerns. As well as how to keep the device functioning properly and scheduling the routine calibration.

It's a little scary at first but I guess I'll get used to it. It's nice to be able to drive to work and the store to get groceries but the expense is going to be very hard on me.
