I am very pleased with the service and result of my car repair. Mike the manager was very helpful. I had backed into something and caused a dent in my bumper. Since my car is 9 years old yet looks very good for its age, I wanted to have it repaired if possible avoiding getting a new bumper as money was an issue. Mike has a process which does the repair and the bumper looks great with only a few scratches. His charge was very reasonable saving me a lot of money. He also provided me a ride home and back since it would have been too long for me to wait there and I was unable to find someone to take me home and back. I appreciate his willingness to help me in whatever way possible. I recommend this body shop and its personnel.

Our contact person was Brandon. He was very conscientious and meticulous about our repair. During the evaluation of the repair he went through everything and made sure we understood everything that was needed to complete the repair and the time frame so there were no surprises. I would definitely go back to Calibur Collision if there is a need in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at Caliber collision. I took my car in for a side mirror repair, but the replacement they installed is so wobbly that it's nearly impossible to see behind me. To make matters worse, the rearview mirror, which was perfectly fine before the repair, became loose and fell off shortly after picking up the car. When I returned to address these issues, the staff gave me the runaround and did not offer a loaner vehicle, leaving me stranded. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience

Wonderful experience! Mike and Gina were both great they called me with updates on our van and when we would be expecting it to be done! Both Mike and Gina made the process smooth and seamless! Thank you both! You guys are the best!

I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle accident repairs. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. My vehicle looks as good as it did when I drove it off the lot, less than a year ago.

7 months after repair service, I've had 3 interior repairs that could've been covered by insurance that Caliber didn't fix.
Took my Dodge Journey in October 2023 for a collision repair with GEICO insurance. It's now May 2024. I've had 3 interior repairs that I've had to pay out of pocket for that could've been covered by insurance if Caliber would've included it in their repairs.
1) $425 Caliber didn't refill my A.C. with refrigerant. I've known my AC wasn't working since about December 2023, two months after Caliber, when I accidentally turned it on. But I just took my Journey in to get an AC recharge. It was empty of refrigerant. The shop did a leak test and there were no leaks. This means that Caliber forgot to fill it back up.
2) $420 Caliber didn't replace my brake caliper. Upon driving it off their lot I did notice a slight pull to the right. A week later I took it to Mavis to get it balanced again ($80). It was perfectly balanced but Mavis guestimated that there was an issue with the right front suspension. A month ago in April I went to get my brakes replaced. They told me the brake caliper was seizing up and that's why it was pulling to the right. And it too needed to be replaced. Mavis fixed it and it is now no longer pulling to the right.
3) $30 Minor but easy. Caliber didn't tie up my outside temperature sensor. The sensor was dragging on the road due to the wire of the sensor not being tied up to the frame. After two weeks my outside temperature gauge on my dashboard wasn't reading. When I went to check on the sensor, it was half way worn down due to being dragged on the road. I ended up replacing it myself.

Great work. Very pleased. Sadly this is the 2nd vehicle had to have fixed and the 1st time my insurance sent me but the 2nd time it was Gina and her awesomeness that made me return.

Caliber Collision did a great job to my car. They explained the work and provided a rough estimate. The link they provided showed all the details and status. They explained the work they did when I went to pick up the car. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car vacuumed and cleaned from inside. It looked like a new car.
