Called about a tool exchange and was told they couldn’t look up part numbers and I would have to drive over there and hope they had them to exchange my old ones or there would be nothing they could do. I know the part numbers on the tools can be looked up as that’s how you do it on craftsmans website but I guess that’s too much work. No customer service
