They were a lot better and a lot more complete back in the day now it seems like it's mostly for amateurs that don't know what they're doing or don't know what they're looking for but still competitive what's going on in this field.

I always have good experiences in this store; the employees always try to help. There is a new guy who helped me last Thursday—excellent customer service. Although he is still learning, you can tell he is eager to help the customer. Thank you very much. I asked for his name, and I think he said Hernesto. Thank you for the help.

UPS delivered a package to this “secure location “ and when I went to pick it up they store associate said they didn’t have it and I had to call UPS- they opened up an investigation and it shows the driver was at the location and dropped the package there but now they claim they don’t have it. It’s very frustrating when no one can take accountability and keeps pointing fingers. This location should be investigated immediately for mishandling packages.
