I came in with a radio I ordered that didn't work, he automatically refunded me the money without asking or giving me a chance to get a replacement. I asked for a replacement, he told me he already refunded it to my credit card, so I either head to wait 3 to 5 days or pay for it again on the spot. Very incompetent for assuming I wanted money and not a functional radio
