Very impressed with the urgency demonstrated by Advantage Heating and Cooling to address our broken air conditioning during a heat wave. Rob Smith did an excellent job with assessing and then resolving our A/C situation and is to be commended for his approach towards his job and his will to make a house call late on a Friday evening even though he had finished his day. End of November called for a no heat issue. Tech #1 came out and addressed the issue. While on site tech #1 was also asked to check the humidifier for any issues. Tech #1 did and said everything was great. Verbally told my wife that there were no issues! ( Lie ). Not even a month later the humidifier is leaking water and the cover is not sealed on the side of the furnace. Call advantage to come address issue. Tech #2 says there is a crack in the housing and we should NOT have to pay for this service call because not more than a month ago Tech #1 checked it all out. Tech #1 is now doing another job function because obviously he has no clue as to what he is doing. Manager tells my wife we called for a no heat issue. Does it say anything on the invoice about a humidifier issue?? No, because while tech #1 was at our house we asked to have the humidifier checked as well. Manger says too bad and charges us $188. Now, if the manager would of worked with us because we are the customer and even his tech #2 agrees with us, everything would be ok. Not so! I'm reporting this shady company to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs!

Not sure what is going on with this company. But what I can say is that the service manager and the service tech have been useless in addressing my warranty with Lennar as well as provide basic quote information as a potential self paying customer. I mean how hard is it to quote out an April Aire Humidifier? How hard is it to evaluate a thermostat? I'm sure if I was a private paying customer I would be treated much differently. Very disappointing all the way around. Since I've moved into this house I've had issues with low humidity, frost, static electricity, and excessive dust. I've had dry eyes, dry skin, and other health issues.

I'm not sure what's going on with this company. They installed my unit in a new construction home. Part of buying the home included a warranty for the air and furnace that extended my warranty on work if they installed it. They called me and said they won't be servicing my area anymore and referred me to a new company. However no other company will extend my warranty because they didn't install it. It appears predatory. You took on a builder outside of your service area and it's appears to be an attempt to not have to be responsible for the unit beyond the 5 years. I will be finding a way to handle this as people that had there unit installed by them should be grandfathered in. I will be calling around to see how this can be remedied including reporting them to the builder with the hopes they won't use them

Just want to give a huge shout out to Advantage Heating & Cooling!Not only have they been very professional and helpful to help us maintain our old furnace but they were incredibly responsive when it needed to be replaced.The technicians are very professional, timely and intentional on the best ways to help you with your HVAC needs.Their prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of options for all budgets.Yesterday, we had our furnace replaced by them and what we all thought was a simple install, turned into a very large project for them due to the originally builder poorly installing the system.They worked non stop for almost 11 hours to get us heat and we could not be happier!When the time comes for needing a service or new system please consider them!Services: HVAC system maintenance

Michael was very professional and polite. He completed the work in a decent amount of time, and explained the work being done well. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, and referred me to customer service for anything he didn't have an answer for.

Eric was good. However, the compressor on my 3 year old air conditioner should not be going out this soon and other units in our neighbor hood had issues with their compressors. I shouldn’t have to pay 1600 dollars for Advantage to come fix my Lennox air conditioner.
