I've been going to the shop since 2007.. the guy is always super helpful.. friendly and courteous... any time I need help with a missing cord or need some kind of charger/adapter this is where I go.

Alonzo just gives a different experience to phone shopping. His prices are so great and he has all the accessories I could need for my brand new iPhone before I could even come up with the idea! He really knows how to take care of his customers! Highly recommend!

i went here asking if he can fix my daughters iPhone 12 mini screen he said yes charged us $110.00. told me be back by 530 got there at 6 and still had to wait. Then I get home and the screen he used is not an apple product so it wont let her do anything on it. When trying to call them no one answers the phone!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I took my tablet in to get the screen fixed on a monday and he told me saturday it would be done. i came in on the saturday he told me, and he said it would be done by tuesday. I go in again for the second time and he says he hasn't done it, and that he can fix it in two hours, i waited until the next day to pick up my tablet and he says he could not get the part for, a very common Apple ipod Gen6 . he said he's been so busy and couldn't fix it. then he said he was waiting on a better part so i could have a better screen for a cheaper price. i didn't want a cheaper price i just wanted the tablet fixedI understand if you're busy, but why not tell me that instead of having me wait two weeks and still not have my tablet fixed. now i have to take it somewhere else

( MUST READ!!)Dropped of iphone to get broken camera fixed , was told one week came back a week later and phone was not in the store, was told come back in another week and was finally given my phone back but with the screen scratched horribly, looked like a animal claws all over my screen. Long story short dont ever come here theres a computer store right next to it i payed $95 to get my screen replaced...
