Ordered a set of New Martin Body Hammers on February 12th 2024. It’s now February 29th. Called customer service and was told I received an email saying my order was on back order. “I never received an Email”. So I asked the lady what email did they send it to? She rumbled off some email that just had random letters and numbers and she was giggling when telling me this information. I said lady I’ve never heard of the email or used that email. So I gave her my email again since the one on the original purchase they seemed to ignore didn’t work. Still nothing. If you’re going to sale products on your website every product that is on backorder she be revealed as such so the buyer isn’t wasting time. Do better.

I ordered paint, activator and reducer on Friday. Got my package the next day. Everything packaged well. Paint was even in cardboard and wrapped tight. Everything is correct and had order slip on top. I had read negative reviews and was worried. Very happy with my purchase.

we just purchased a paint booth from this place for over $14,000.00. I will not recommends anyone to buy from this place. Our order was short on parts and they were unresponsive to work with customer to provide a complete installation.

Scam. They'll lie to you about things being in stock and make up for it by lying about when they will ship it. You as a customer could not matter less to these people.Autobodytoolmart.com and zoro.com the internets 2 biggest scams that close to each other?

The cab/bed lift came in a torn up box wrapped in one sheet of butcher paper, scratched and dinged from banging against itself in box. No instructions or product sheet so no idea if parts fell out of gaping hole in box.

Get ready with $5 charge to pickup your order...That's if they have the items in stock. They still don't have the walkup window open don't see the reason for the charge if you're picking up an order. Just makes no sense.

I called trying to find a painting part- in the car- and the response from the sales person was what is the part number. I explained I’m calling to see if you have any _____, the response was I need a part number. I told them again I do t have one- I’m calling g to see if you have any- sorry that’s now how we work- I need a part number. So instead of buying local- I will go to Amazon later.
