Went today and they were not helpful. Specifically this older gentleman. Just went to O’Reilly next to door and they were a helpful bunch. Now I remember why I stopped going to Autozone in the first place.

I'm a long time customer with AutoZone and I used to have a commercial account when I hear my mechanic shop. Put on today I went to AutoZone to return to humanic balancer removal entry rent the installer . Xander H and AutoZone employee informed me that they had one in stock. And before he at this time there was multiple people helping other customers. The other workers left. At this time a AutoZone driver came in to pick up a part Xander walked away from me and started assisting him I patiently waited until he started having a casual conversation with the driver at that point I interrupted and asked him about my part. He had informed me that he one in the back but after I informed him that I was not happy with the service that I was being provided and was going to give him a bad review. He went in the back and came back and informed me that now they don't have one.

I arrived at the store at 7:30 to buy a new battery before work and waited for over forty minutes, and the manager still hadn't shown up. He didn't communicate with his employees and various employees were waiting outside for side manager.

Counter worker was very rude, it seemed like a burden on him to do his job

Terrible attention. It seems that the manager of this place has clear racist inclinations, if you don't speak almost perfect English like him, it is not the first time that I have come across this guy, he treats Hispanics as badly as an Indian couple that I saw. I don't know if he is the owner.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I came in to pick up my online order. As one guest was being assisted at the desk, I patiently waited in the area where the que is supposed to form. As I waited several other guest came into the store. Two got in line behind me, and two others went and stood at the counter. Once the cashier finished with the guest he was helping. He completely ignored the line and went over to help the two others that were waiting at the counter. I asked the cashier if he didn't see us waiting in line and informed him that I had been waiting long before anyone else even came in the store. I was met by silence. The cashier continued helping the guests at the counter, completely ignoring me. I spoke up to another employee who came up to help the second guest at the counter and told him I had now been waiting almost 10 minutes and just had an online order I wanted to pick-up. He told me I needed to wait, since he was helping other guests. I asked for a manager and was very rudely told he wasn't there. When I asked him for his name, he said he wasn't going to give it to me. He wasn't wearing a name tag either. Aren't they supposed to wear name tags? When someone finally came up to assist me, he had to ask someone else to help him, as apparently he didn't know how to retrieve "online orders". When he finally figured out how to find my order, it wasn't even ready. Why did I receive an email ONE hour earlier stating my order was ready for pick-up? When I again asked the gentlemen what his name was, he told he wasn't going to give it to me, and then told me to leave. How am I supposed to leave if I haven't even gotten the merchandise that I had already paid for? Not a single apology or explanation, just rude and unacceptable behavior. How are people like this trusted to be in a store unsupervised? I have been an Autozone customer for decades and have never experienced anything even remotely close to what happened at this location.

I recently placed an order and paid to have the item shipping expedited. I had called the store around 5pm to ask if my package had arrived and the guy on the phone said it wasn’t there and to not call back with those questions, and hung up. So I decided to stop in to the store at 7pm to see if the part had arrived. A younger employee first greeted me and referred me to an older employee. This guy immediately started yelling, and said “Did you call… I already told you it’s not here, you can leave”. It has been the worst experience I have ever had at ANY establishment. Mind you, there were other staff and customers watching at a distance. All I wanted is one small part for my car so I could drive to work tomorrow.

I've had good experiences here. Every time I come I get asked if I need help which I appreciate. I had my car read for codes and was printed out a sheet that didn't have a solution for a code. The employee (Grey haired man sorry I didn't get the name) told me it's probably a disconnected hose going to my filter. I popped my hood and there was a disconnected hose! Spot on. Will be popping my hood more often now ?
