Oscar at Baez Auto repair has top notch customer service. I had a nail in my tire back in September 2024, I just drove by and within minutes he took care of it. Today 3/28 came back with the same issue he got me covered. I did not even spend 5 minutes at the shop and the job was done. The waiting area has a great ambiance that makes you feel safe as you wait for you car. Good job Oscar! I will be back incase I have other car issues.

My car wouldn’t turn on after washing my car next door. Walked over and asked for help. Staff was super friendly and helped me start my car right away free of charge. Act of kindness shows the type of auto repair shop they are. Greatly appreciate the help. Will definitely come back for service.

Oscar and his team really helped my family. I wanted to find a place that wouldn't take advantage of me being a female and not knowing much about what could be wrong. They were very good and honest, took the time to go through everything, and they have affordable prices. They know what they are doing at this shop and I trust them enough now to take care of my children's cars too.♡ I am very grateful to have found them.

Mucha gracias ha Baez auto repair. I had a problem that another shop created for me and I took it over to Baez and they fixed it no problem. Great communication and reasonable pricing, definitely going to keep coming back to them.
