I walked into O’Reilly thinking I just needed a simple part…and somehow left feeling like I pulled into a professional F1 pit lane and the crew chief said, “Relax, I got you.”
First off, Joshio greeted me with a smile so genuine. He asked me how my day was going and made me feel so special. I thought he was about to offer me coffee. We talked for like 10 min about my day.
10 out of 10 customer service right off the bat.
The conversation lasted so long I forgot what I went in there for. He knew exactly what I needed and made me feel taken care of.
Then Rafa stepped in like the professor of auto parts. I had about 47 questions, some of them probably unnecessary, and this man answered every single one without blinking. He broke it down in a way that even I understood. No pressure, no attitude, just straight knowledge.
And Roman… this man deserves his own paragraph. Turns out the part I needed was at another O’Reilly about 10 minutes away. Instead of just pointing me in the general direction and sending me off, he explained everything clearly and even offered to take me there himself. Who does that? That’s next level service. That’s not “good manager” energy… that’s “I actually care” energy.
Between the three of them, I’m convinced if my car ever breaks down again, they’ll show up with tools, snacks, and emotional support.
Seriously though, amazing team. Professional, helpful, and actually care. You don’t get that everywhere.

“I had a wonderful experience when I went in this morning desperately needing a need key fob. The young gentleman help beyond my expectations. They didn't have my exact fob at their location. So he called around and then management for it. He found it and the a manager had one with them and was stopping in the Elgin today. Few hours later they called. When I went back the young lady there help program and cut the new key pretty quickly. Great customer service!”
