Ben is courteous and professional, and understands the market. Our home was priced correctly to attract multiple interested parties, which led to a quick sale and closing. The contract and closing went off smoothly. Ben does more than is necessary to educate and assist us during the process. He always been prompt with responses to questions and has handled issues with the space in a timely and professional manner.
