Our 20! year old Malibu was taken care of promptly and well. No extras pushed on us, and the pricing was fair.We even got to bring our 14 YO blind dog with us and he was greeted with smiles and even offers of water :-) Very helpful.First time using Biggers (they're closer to home) and we were impressed an will be going back

Bobby was just amazing. Not only did he kept me updated on the truck. But he came in on his day off. I didn't get there until 7pm. He was patient and very kind. I will send all my friends and family to him. He did over sell us. I ended up getting a different truck. But it was so worth it.

Got pre-qualified for a car, made the appointment with the manager Joe, the day before my appointment at noon! Called and double checked at nine this morning to see if they would be able to provide temporary plates.. Drove over an hour and 60 miles, just to get there early for my appointment to be told that the car was sold 30 minutes before I arrived! Pathetic, would not recommend!

I have been a loyal Chevy customer for many years. However, my recent experiences with the service department have been disappointing, and I've unfortunately lost trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction. It seems like they may not prioritize customer care anymore.

The service team was rude - we had a replacement for part of the interior that they implied we didn't need (although they are the ones that ordered it for us). Once we arrived it took 10 minutes for them to find the part/ we almost left - luckily someone from parts came and knew exactly what was to be done. Then we let them know an alert from a previous recall they fixed still goes off daily and they basically said it is clear on their end so would take several hours to figure out. (We were not about to spend more time there). I hope I do not need to go back again- I'd drive further to another dealership to avoid (Buying our car was good- we liked our sales rep- but Service is Terrible)

My vehicle was in the shop for the same issue twice in three weeks. I never got a clear diagnosis and ended up spending over $2000 "hoping" that the work will resolve the problem. I expect a higher level of competency when I bring a vehicle back to the dealer for service.

The service was great. The guy in the parts department was very helpful and the mechanic who installed the part in my car was great. They got me in the same day and got the job done quickly. Very nice people over there. Would definitely recommend bringing your car or truck here.

The team at Jerry Biggers Chevrolet made the entire experience simple, painless, and easy. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Coke Lafollette, until I drove off the lot in my new vehicle, my expectations were exceeded. Coke was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process & even assisted me with setting up all of the personalized features of my new vehicle before I left. I highly recommend anybody in the market for a new car to start their search at this location. I'm confident that their team will not leave you disappointed.

We needed to buy a used car. We financed through my own bank, which is what led me to Biggers. They were a preferred dealer with my bank. We found a vehicle we liked. Took it to our mechanic. Their's about a $1,000.00 worth of work that needs to be done, including a a tire sensor that went bad on the way to our mechanic. We still wanted to buy the vehicle. We explained what our mechanic told us. We gave them our offer and our budget. It is at this point, they should have either counter offered, or simply said they could not do it. Instead, our salesman Sean, told us he would go to bat for us. Instead he and the manager told me I could get a better rate from one of their banks. We said no, we already have financing. Sean told us several times they could get us a better rate from my own bank if they put it through, and we needed to fill out the credit application again. Instead of using my approval letter, they tried to shop me around for a larger amount of money than we decided we wanted to spend. So, our salesman and the manager are deciding how much money we should be spending. This is how people get into trouble. Letting someone else decide how much they can afford. I ended up calling my bank. They were the one's to tell me what the dealership was asking for, and the price I would be paying for the vehicle. Not my salesman. Not the manager. It was at this point we walked away. What they did, wasn't illegal, but definitely unethical! I can't imagine a reason I need to go back to them. Too many other dealerships.

Our salesman Diego was fantastic. He came asked the right questions but didn't harass you to death like some sales people do. It was a breath of fresh air. Even the finance guy was not pushy but knowledgeable. Great team there. I would go back again.

Outstanding emergency repair service on a Saturday morning: I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.
