I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased my Mazda from Biggers, and at the time of sale, I was promised complimentary access to the Mazda app for three years. However, the app stopped functioning after just one year.
Over the past two weeks, I have contacted the dealership multiple times. Initially, I was told that the matter would be discussed with Mazda and that we “THE BIGGERS” would help resolve the issue if Mazda did not take action as we promised you. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, no one has returned my calls or provided an update.
To make matters worse, when I finally reached someone from the HR department, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional.
It is so disappointing to see a dealership go back on its promise after completing the sale. I expect better communication and accountability from a business like BIGGERS.

Had a great car buying experience from Biggers Mazda. Nate and Marco were incredibly personable and made the typically exhausting car dealer experience very easy and pleasant. I will absolutely come back to see these guys when my family will need another car in a couple years.

What can I say, my Biggers Mazda experience was exceptional and unexpected! It was the most pleasurable dealer experience I've encountered. Ubaldo and Marco were awesome from the start and were both very patient with me. I think I went back over 5 times before I committed to the purchase as I tend to keep vehicles for 10+ years. I would highly recommend this dealer and I am proud to be a Mazda owner for the first time.

Please don't buy mazda. Mazda will not care about your saftey. Biggers was actually shocked Mazda left our car this way. All the subframes are rotten underneath.

Best dealership hands down! Walked in and expect to walk away with nothing, but with the help of Ubaldo and Peter, I walked away with a brand new car! They were friendly and funny and amazing people! 100% recommend this dealership to everyone!

I am from out of state but the only place I was able to find the car I wanted was out of town. I knew what I wanted but I didn’t have the time to be off work and deal with the long car buying process. I sent out an inquiry here and Nathan reached out to me immediately. The whole time he was very patient and communicated with me really well. He even created a YouTube video for me of the car so I could see it.😂 I let him know what I was looking for regarding rates and he matched it along with covering some of the shipping cost to get my car sent to me. He is Amazing overall and really made the process smooth.

Don't buy a Mazda. Their supply chain is worthless and your car will be left unrepairable for months on end. This dealer is fine but stay away from Mazda altogether unless you want to be subjected to their grossly inefficient supply chain. Bringing this up to the dealer will only result in someone hanging up on you.

The service was extremely kind and very helpful every step of the way. Special thanks to Franco Ruffolo – working with him was a pure pleasure! Professional, patient, honest, and always ready to answer any question. Thanks to him, the entire purchasing process was stress-free and enjoyable.
I also have to mention manager Ron Liszka – he’s the perfect, dedicated manager who cares about every detail and makes sure the customer feels truly taken care of.

I drove nearly three hours based on the great reviews I read about Nate and Biggers Mazda — and it was absolutely worth the trip. From the very beginning, Nate was so easy to talk to and made the entire process feel effortless. He truly went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible for me, even handling all the details I needed as an out-of-state buyer.
We spent a few hours at the dealership, and Nate made the experience not just easy but genuinely enjoyable. He kept things light and fun while still being professional and attentive to every detail. The dealership itself is beautiful, easy to find, and very welcoming — from spotless restrooms to beverages and a vending machine for guests.
I left with exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t thank Nate enough for making such a big purchase feel as simple and stress-free as possible. I will most certainly recommend him and Biggers Mazda to my family and friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive again for such a great experience!

Recently purchased a used 2020 Honda from Biggers Mazda, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jorge was very welcoming and knowledgable about the whole process. Mr. Hernandez answered all of my questions w/ honesty and made sure i understood each step of the way. The vehicle was in great condition, priced fairly, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. i highly recommend Jorge and the team at Biggers Mazda.

Connor was helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We drove over 2 hours to reach Biggers Mazda because of the vehicles they had available and the good reviews we had read about the dealership. They were easy to find and we did not have to drive in Chicago traffic. Connor went over all aspects of the high tech CX-90 we purchased and was very open to questions. I would recommend him for his patience, knowledge and help with available options we were considering. We were there for several hours to complete the purchase though. My suggestion is to have a vending machine area for customers. LOL! We were really hungry by the time we left.
