This store is a waste of time, the young Hispanic man that works there weekdays is clueless to corporate Boost Mobile SIM card updates and extremely rude about it- not friendly or helpful at all. Claims he is the manager.

Terrible service, they couldn't cancel my card because I know they were charging me for each month's payment even though I already had the line canceled.

Good afternoon
I have came here many times
Morning and afternoons seems like this store is always close at anytime I come and if it’s not that
Their is always something happing to the system and girl looks very very confused
And is very unprofessional
Not only her customer service but also has child running around
So confused if it’s Boost mobile running a daycare now

Every time I go there to make payment I end up.sitting 45 min before someone decides to show up and open says 10a.m. they r always late they r not friendly I refuse to go to this one any more and have told other people to go to a different boost store instead

It's 10:12 and this location is always closed when I've stop by to make a payment. when the open sign is on and the hours of operation clearly say they open at 10am. It's inconvenient when u only have a few minutes to spare on your break time and this happens. Not only that but also have 3 vehicles including mine, waiting to open. Smh ? ?

This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone. Luckily I remembered about this location, and as soon as I stepped in to this one I was greeted so politely by that one chubby dude and he definitely knew what he was talking about; but overall all the staff are friendly,nice, and just a great help.

After a horrible experience at a Xfinity Location I went into Boost Mobile hoping I could get a better price on internet since they have Xfinity pre paid. The young lady helping me out gave me the best experience and gave me exactly what I was looking for! I came out so pleased with the way I was treated and the service I received! I 100000% recommend this location!

Good customer service, long wait sometimes, no public bathrooms, free public parking lot including handicap parking, no iPhone Note series or iPhone X in store 🤧🤒! No ZTE MAX PRO successor model in store. Helpful and courteous employees. Located next to Spankys fast food restaurant in the Rivers landing /Time Square strip mall across the street from the Grand Victoria Casino.
