Very amiable mechanic that went ahead and showed the problems in the car instead of just telling me so that I can identify it in the future. Also pointed out another area but said it wasnt a serious concern but something i want to watch for (he doesnt try to upsell me on services that arent an immediate concern but does let me know they exist)Service: Steering & suspension replacement

We have used Jorge for several jobs on a couple different cars and have found him to be kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what was going on with the vehicles and got the jobs done in a timely manner. I've been going here for years. There seemed to be a recent Managment shift for the better which has brought the original owner and some new team members in. I recently brought my service vehicle in for suspension work and a number of other misc items. Jorge took great care of my vehicle and for a very reasonable price. I ended up bringing my wife's truck in for some minor body work and he did great! Always recommend Jorge Buckley if you're in the Elgin area looking for a solid and fair mechanic.
